Stake.com Keeps Canceling My $1,273 Withdrawal

I submitted a withdrawal request through Stake.com to my Garanti Bank Belek branch account for $1,273. For the transaction I initiated 6 days ago, I was first asked to provide my account statement, and then the transaction was canceled. I submitted another withdrawal request, waited another 3 days, and it was canceled again.
Each time I contacted customer service, I was told the funds would arrive within 3 days, yet no explanation or justification was ever provided. My previous withdrawal attempts were also canceled in the same way, and to this day I have never been able to successfully withdraw money. My account contains my own original funds, and I have not been notified of any rule violation or warning. There have also been no fees or deductions.
I request that my issue be resolved urgently and that all of my withdrawal transactions be completed without further delay.
