On October 22, 2025, at 00:14, I requested a withdrawal of ₺4,500 from my 1win account to my Garanti Bank account. However, even after a week, the money has still not been deposited. My account shows the status as “in process,” with no error message. During this time, I contacted customer support multiple times through live chat and Telegram, but each time I only received generic responses like “Please wait, be patient, you’ll get an answer within 1 to 7 days.” All my documents are up to date and verified, yet I keep being delayed with no explanation. Another withdrawal I made on the same day was processed without any issues, but this one has left me victimized.
