Mostbet Did Not Transfer My ₺19,400 and ₺8,000 Withdrawals to Garanti Bank

I have been a Mostbet member for 3 years and until recently never experienced any problems. However, I am now facing serious withdrawal issues that have left me financially harmed.

The first issue happened in May, when I requested a ₺19,400 withdrawal to my Garanti Bank account (IBAN: TR25**********************05). The transaction shows as “successful,” but after nearly three months, the money has never arrived. I contacted live support multiple times, but all I was told was “your issue is related to the bank.” No real solution or explanation was given.

The second issue occurred on September 2, 2025, at around 22:38, when I submitted another withdrawal of ₺8,000 to the same Garanti Bank account. The system showed that ₺7,700 would be credited after deductions, but even though the status is marked as “paid,” the funds have not reached my account after 17 hours. When I contacted live support again, I was told only that “delays may occur due to workload.” No further assistance was provided.

To make matters worse, I am now facing account access issues on Mostbet, and I am unable to reset my password.

I demand that both withdrawals (₺19,400 and ₺8,000) be transferred in full to my Garanti Bank account immediately. Customers should not be left waiting months for their money while receiving vague excuses from support.
