I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with a deposit on my Stake India account that is still showing as pending. On April 14, 2026, at around 8:55 PM, I made a payment of ₹500 via UPI, but the amount has not been credited to my account, and the status continues to remain pending.
I have not yet contacted Stake India support or the payment provider, as I wanted to first clearly document the issue. I can confirm that the payment of ₹500 was successfully initiated from my side through UPI, and the amount has been deducted accordingly.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹500 either be credited to my Stake India account or refunded back to my UPI account without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what caused this issue and when it will be fully resolved.
