I Face Stake Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment
On April 9, 2026, I made a deposit of 500 to my Stake account via UPI from my bank. The transaction is marked as successful in my UPI/bank application, and I have the transaction details as proof. However, the amount has not been credited to my Stake account.
Despite the payment being completed on my side, there is no record of the funds in my Stake balance. I contacted customer support, but I was not provided with a clear solution, and my issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting that this failed deposit be urgently investigated and that the amount of 500 be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, since I did not receive the funds in my Stake account despite the successful payment.
