₹500 Missing from Stake Account After Successful Transaction

I deposited ₹500 INR into my Stake.com account via UPI on March 30, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 202957227013.

Since the money was debited from my bank but never appeared in my Stake.com account, I am unable to use the funds I paid. I raised an inquiry with Stake.com regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response or resolution so far.

The lack of feedback despite my attempt to contact support is very disappointing and is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I request that the missing ₹500 INR be either immediately credited to my Stake.com account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.

I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there has been no timely response to my inquiry so that I can regain confidence in using your platform.
