Stake Not Refunding My Failed $235 Transaction and Support Isn’t Helping
On December 1, 2025, at 22:36:57, I attempted to make a $235 deposit on Stake. However, during the transaction, I received a “failed” error message. The document number for the transaction is syl2025018784467, and the transaction reference is 514247087042.
Although the transaction showed as failed, no clear explanation was provided regarding my money transfer. My deposit was not added to my account, and I was left with uncertainty. When I contacted the support team, I received a response nearly two hours later saying only, “We will get back to you,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. No concrete solution or clear information was provided.
I request that the $235 connected to this transaction be refunded to my account immediately and in full. I also ask that the issue be urgently investigated, that a clear written explanation be provided, and that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
