In my Stake account, the balance reached $7,990 after winning a betting slip. On November 7, 2025, my account was temporarily closed for “account transition” review, and I was asked to provide bank statements, identity verification, a three-month utility bill, and a photo of myself holding an ID with the word “Stake” written on it.
I submitted all the requested documents completely and without any missing information.
When I contacted customer service after sending the documents, I was told the review was ongoing. However, on the morning of November 20, 2025, I was notified that my account had been permanently closed due to “violating the terms of service.” I was given no explanation about which rule I supposedly violated, and no payment was made—or even promised—regarding the $7,990 balance in my account.
My expectation from Stake is that the $7,990 remaining in my account be paid out to me. I request detailed clarification on this situation and a resolution of the financial loss I have suffered.
