I Deposited ₹1,000 to 1win but the Money Never Reached My Account

On 20 June at around 08:02, I made a deposit of 1,000 INR to my 1win account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the deposit was cancelled by 1win and the money has not been credited to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue and they told me to wait 72 hours, but my money is still missing from my 1win account. I have already been charged by my bank and I am unable to use these funds on 1win. I request that the 1,000 INR that was debited from my bank account on 20 June at 08:02 be immediately credited to my 1win account balance or that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
