On November 14, 2025, I had a balance of approximately $705 in my Stake.com account. However, when I logged back in a few hours later, I noticed that my balance had dropped to 0.90. Suspecting that someone else might have accessed my account, I immediately contacted live support. I was told that account security is entirely the user’s responsibility and that nothing further could be done.
I had experienced a similar problem before, and this is the second time this has happened to me. I did not see any unusual activity or suspicious transactions in my account. There are no records in my transaction history showing withdrawals, transfers, or bets being placed. I opened my account with a “t***” referral and did not use any promotions or campaigns. After the incident, I changed my password, but I received the same response from live support.
Live support told me that two-factor authentication was not enabled; however, I had already activated this feature earlier and later realized it had somehow been turned off on its own. I believe this situation stems from a security vulnerability on the site. I would also like to note that this issue occurred while using the Chrome browser.
I was harmed because of a security issue on Stake.com, and I am requesting a refund of my lost funds. I want this matter to be thoroughly investigated and my losses to be compensated.
