Stake Froze My Account Without Reason and Won’t Release My $37 Balance

My account on the Stake platform, created under the username “talhareader,” was locked shortly after I made my first deposit and played a few games, even though no reason was provided. My ability to play and withdraw was blocked, and for the past two days my money has been stuck in my account, leaving me unable to make any transactions. I currently have a balance of $37 in my account.
When I contacted the support team, they repeatedly requested multiple documents such as a utility bill, proof of income, and the front side of my ID. Although I submitted all requested documents completely, they kept claiming that something was missing and continued to delay the process. In particular, the support representative named “Gözde” has been dismissive, offering no clear solution and failing to address the problem.
I request that my account be reopened and that my transactions be processed. I want these unjustified restrictions to be lifted and my funds to be secured.
