Stake Logged Me Out Mid-Spin and Now I Can’t Access My $188 Balance

I registered on the Stake website on November 28 and deposited $71. While playing slot games, my balance increased to around $188, and I earned Free Spins. While the spins were still ongoing, I was suddenly logged out of the site, and from that moment on, I have been completely unable to access my account.

For days, I have been trying to access my account, but I cannot log in to the site at all. Even though I write to live support every day, I either receive no response or am told only to contact them through the email address registered to my account. Through email, I also receive no clear answers, and the process keeps dragging on.

I request that access to my account be restored, that my account be reopened so I can continue from where I left off in the game, and that my remaining balance and winnings be fully paid out to me without any deductions.
