I Face Stake Deposit Issue With ₹4999 Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I deposited ₹4,999 into my Stake INR account on March 29, 2026, from my DBS Bank account using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I also received a transaction reference from PhonePe/DBS Bank, confirming that the payment was completed on their end. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Stake account.
When I contacted Stake customer support regarding this issue, I was informed that they have not received the payment, despite the fact that the amount has clearly been deducted from my bank account. This creates a serious discrepancy between the bank and the platform, leaving my money unaccounted for.
This situation is extremely concerning, as my funds are stuck and I have no clarity on where the money currently is. I request that my ₹4,999 be immediately credited to my Stake account without any further delay. If necessary, I expect Stake to coordinate with their payment partners to trace, locate, and process this transaction as soon as possible. I also expect a clear update once the issue has been resolved.
