Six days ago, I was contacted by a Stake.com customer representative and was informed that I would receive a 10 USDT bonus in exchange for making a $12 deposit. I completed the deposit together with the customer representative over the phone. I was told that I would receive an email within 48 hours, and once I approved it, the bonus would be credited to my account. However, despite 6 days passing, no email has arrived and the bonus has not been added to my account.
During this time, I have been unable to reach the customer representative again. Live support stated that the issue would be reviewed under the promotions department and that the bonus would be credited afterward, but I have not received any result. Even though I fully met the deposit requirement, my bonus has still not been credited.
I have documents and screenshots proving that this campaign was offered to me personally through a customer representative, and I will attach them to my complaint. I made the $12 deposit via bank transfer, and all transactions were completed through the Stake.com mobile app.
I request that the promised bonus be credited to my account as soon as possible.
