Yalla Ludo Wrong Ban Account Hacked and Linked to Yalla Chat

I am writing about the ban placed on my Yalla Ludo account with ID 6387939956 and username “back bancher”. When I try to log in, I see the message that my account is blocked until 2108-02-07 19:56:06 (GMT+), with the reason stated as “unauthorized sale of diamond/Golds /Account”. My account was hacked, and someone else linked it to Yalla Chat without my permission. I believe this person used fake or unauthorized diamonds and then caused my account to be banned. I did not sell diamonds, gold, or my account, and I did not give anyone permission to use my account in this way. I request that my account be investigated in detail and that this long-term ban be removed, because I am not responsible for the unauthorized activities done after my account was hacked. I would like my Yalla Ludo account to be unbanned and restored so I can continue using it normally.
