Google Workspace Billing Error Prevents Access to My Custom Email
I applied for the Google Workspace Business Starter plan to obtain an email address with the domain “i*@ley-ra.com.”** Following Google’s guidance, I purchased my domain through Squarespace Domains. After completing all the required information, I reached the payment screen and attempted to pay using my Garanti Bank credit card. However, I receive an error message saying: “Your payment could not be completed. Please use a different payment method or try again later.”
Even though I tried at different times using four different credit cards, I encountered the same error every time, and no charges were made to any of my cards. Because of this, I cannot complete my account setup and cannot access the i*@ley-ra.com** email address. I also tried to contact Google customer support, but I could not find a direct email address to reach them. The support pages I was redirected to did not provide a solution either.
Since I have already purchased my domain, I want to activate my email address as soon as possible. I request that this issue be resolved promptly and that my account be activated without further delay. I kindly ask for your assistance.
