My no13interiors.com domain purchased through Squarespace and my Google Workspace service were unfairly suspended, even though I provided all required documents, including my ID, bank receipt, and proof of ownership. This situation has seriously disrupted my business. I cannot communicate with my clients or business partners through my corporate email address, and my professional reputation has been damaged.
My issue started three days ago, and during this time I have contacted the support team multiple times via email. I have only received generic, automated responses, with no proper explanation or real solution, which has left me at a disadvantage. I was also not aware that my domain had been transferred from Google to Squarespace. During this process, there was a payment issue because my credit card had been canceled, but I immediately contacted support to explain the situation. Despite this, no flexibility was shown, and all my services were completely shut down on September 4. I am currently experiencing business losses because I cannot access or respond to emails from my clients.
Despite having paid annually and submitted all requested documents, I have been treated unfairly. I demand that my service be restored immediately. Otherwise, I request that my EPP/Auth code be provided without delay so I can transfer my domain to another provider. If this issue is not resolved, I will exercise my legal rights and escalate the matter to ICANN.
