Spynger Subscription Refund Request – Charged $47 Without Using Service

On March 15, I purchased access to the Spynger application directly from the company’s website for approximately 47 dollars. I have never used the application and do not need the service, and the payment is still shown as pending. I tried to find a way to cancel and request a refund by searching online and was directed here, but I have not been able to reach any clear support channel for Spyenger. Since I have not used the service at all and do not wish to continue with it, I am requesting the full refund of the 47 dollars and the cancellation of any current or future subscription or charges associated with my purchase. I ask that my request be handled as soon as possible and that written confirmation be provided once the refund and cancellation have been completed.
