Spynger Trying to Bill Me After Cancellation
I had purchased a daily trial package on the Spynger app. Even though I canceled my subscription today, my account still appears to be active, and the system continues to show a warning that there is “1 day left.” In addition, it shows that $10 will be charged to my account today.
When I contacted the support team, they told me that the subscription was deactivated, yet the countdown still appears on the screen and it still looks like the fee will be charged. I request that my subscription be fully canceled, that the $10 not be charged under any circumstances, and that I no longer receive any further notifications or issues related to this membership.
I urgently request that this confusion and the risk of financial loss be reviewed immediately and that the necessary correction be made.
