The T-shirt I Paid for at SPX Store Hasn't Been Shipped

On July 19, I bought something from the SPX store in the Capitol Shopping Mall. Because the product was so big, the store didn't have any in stock, so it was sold from the SPX warehouses. I bought the item and paid the price. Since then, I've had a lot of problems. I've been calling the Capitol SPX store every day for the past week to find out how my buy is going. But the answers I got were not good enough and were not constant. I was told that the delay was caused by things like the goods being ready but the vehicle not showing up, the warehouse workers' shift ending, or the vehicle getting into an accident. The times that were promised kept changing, which made me even more upset. In the end, it seemed like the story was made up, and I think the Capitol SPX store was just reading from a script to avoid dealing with the problem correctly. Even though I called the store over and over, they didn't help me or find an answer. Also, they suggested that I stop the sale if I didn't want to wait for the product, which I don't think is a good idea. I'm disappointed by the branch workers' lack of professionalism and lack of interest, especially the branch manager Ihsan, Metehan, Buse, Buket, and others whose names I can't remember. The workers don't seem to care about my worries, and I don't understand why the T-shirt they told me was available but then wasn't anymore. On the other hand, other SPX branches have given me good service, and items have been sent to me within three days. The problems at the SPX Capitol office are worrying, and I want to know more about them from the company. This is a disgusting way to shop, and I'm going to complain everywhere I can to bring this to people's attention. I want SPX to fix the problems at the Capitol office as soon as possible. This could mean closing the branch or sending staff from other branches with more information and experience to help it run better. I have never been to an SPX office that was so badly run, and it has changed how I feel about the company. I hope that my complaints will be heard and fixed quickly because I care about SPX's image and think that the right steps can fix this bad situation.
