On July 1, 2025, at 10:57 PM, I placed an order for an air conditioner from the Sanaleşya store, with Order No. 905279532, totaling ₺161,229. Shortly after placing the order, I realized I had mistakenly selected the wrong product. I immediately submitted a cancellation request under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
However, I was told the item had already shipped and could only be canceled once I received and returned it. The order shows a tracking number (Net 578838363), yet when I contacted the shipping company, they confirmed no package existed under that number. Additionally, the e-archive invoice required under the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form was never issued in my name.
Despite multiple messages and inquiries to the seller and customer service, I have received no response. I demand a proper investigation and action in line with the sales agreement. If this matter isn't resolved, I will file formal complaints and take legal action against both the store and the seller. I insist that the order either be canceled immediately or that the product actually be shipped. Even if I receive the product, I will initiate a return.
