Unauthorized Spotify Charge Problem

I just found an unauthorized charge on my dad's credit card from 21.01.2024. It's labeled as "Stockholm swsw membership" and costs ₺39.99. My father, who is 91 years old, is not familiar with this service and has no interest in utilizing it. Both he and I are completely unaware and uninvolved in this transaction. If a membership was opened without our consent, we kindly request immediate assistance in terminating the membership and refunding the money.
