Mega Miles Unauthorized Subscription Charges

My father inadvertently ended up with a subscription to "Mega miles limited" while attempting to download the Vodafone Yanımda app on his phone on December 28, 2023. Upon contacting them for cancellation, I was informed that a whopping ₺154 would be charged to our bill. This subscription, which I had no knowledge of and certainly did not consent to, became active. I managed to cancel it within half an hour, but now I'm urgently seeking a refund of the ₺154 set to reflect on our bill.
