Zara Made An Unauthorized Charge On My Father's Credit Card

My dad's credit card got hit with a whopping ₺6,710 charge by Zara on May 16, 2024, at 11:12 PM. Talk about unauthorized! My dad didn't make this transaction, and now he's been scammed. In addition, we've had no luck getting in touch with customer service to resolve this matter.

I kindly request the cancellation of this transaction by the appropriate authorities. We need action right away, and I'm counting on a quick response.
