On February 19, 2025, at 4:40 AM, the Splice - Video Editor & Maker app charged my card without my approval. That same evening, I immediately requested a refund. On February 20, 2025, I received a notification stating that the refund was processed, but the amount never showed up on my card statement. I verified that the card number matched my account, so there was no error on my end.
As of today, March 3, 2025, I still haven’t received any refund. While I’m primarily upset about being charged without consent, the failure to return my money after confirming the refund notification is unacceptable. I would appreciate prompt assistance to resolve this issue and ensure my money is returned.
