DistroKid Charged My Card Without Permission and I Demand a Refund

On August 3, 2024, at 3:45 AM, an unfamiliar website, DistroKid Label 5, withdrew money from my credit card in USD without my knowledge or authorization. Later, another attempt was made to withdraw more funds, but thankfully, 3D Secure prevented the transaction.
I have never signed up for DistroKid or used their services, so this unauthorized charge is deeply concerning. I demand that DistroKid immediately cancel this unauthorized transaction and refund my money.
It is unacceptable for a company to process charges without consent. I expect prompt action and clear communication to resolve this issue. Customers should feel secure when using their credit cards, and this situation has eroded my trust entirely.
