Priceline Ignored Airline Refund and Denied Compensation

I had booked a one-way SpiceJet flight from Phuket to New Delhi through Priceline, scheduled for 14 February at 5:45 PM, with trip number 923 728 185 17, for which I paid around 400. When I reached the airport, I discovered from the information board that flight SG 090 was cancelled, and neither the airline nor Priceline had informed me in advance by any means. This situation was especially upsetting because my wife is handicapped, and we were left at the airport with no assistance or guidance. Since SpiceJet had cancelled the flight, I arranged alternative travel and flew with Air India instead. SpiceJet later informed me that they would refund the money to my agent, Priceline, and they apologized for the cancellation. If the airline is refunding the fare, I do not understand why Priceline is not passing this refund on to me. I contacted Priceline customer care, sent them proof that I had to travel with Air India, and clearly explained the situation. However, instead of support, I received an email from Priceline asking how my flight was, as if nothing had happened. Priceline has told me there will be no refund and has not even offered an apology, which I find very disrespectful and unacceptable, especially given our circumstances and my efforts to resolve this properly. I am a Canadian resident connected with Health Canada, and I expect to be treated fairly and with basic respect as a customer. I request that my case be escalated and reviewed urgently. I expect Priceline to process the full refund for the cancelled SpiceJet ticket that the airline has already agreed to refund, and to correct their handling of this situation, including acknowledging their lack of support and communication. I ask for a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.

Good morning. What happened to my complaint? Please reply.
