Spectrum Socked Me With Their Surprising Pricing Policy
I recently became a new customer with Spectrum. To my surprise, just one week into my service, received a bill that was considerably higher than what I had anticipated. After some investigation, discovered that Spectrum has a "non-prorated" billing policy. In simpler terms, this means that even if you cancel your service mid-cycle, you are still charged for the entire billing period. contacted Spectrum to cancel my service. During this call, I encountered a series of attempts to persuade me to stay on as a customer. Interestingly, they offered a significantly lower price at this point to retain my business. This new offer left me feeling quite perplexed. If Spectrum had this more competitive rate available, why wasn't it presented to me upfront when I initially signed up? all tactics.
