Hidden Fees and Unfair Practices at Vodafone
I'm surprised to learn that Vodafone is charging a 660 TL cancellation fee for canceling my contract after only 1 month and 3 days of using their 175.90 TL monthly plan. They insist on charging for non-commitment usage that was never mentioned or disclosed during the package sales process. When I inquired about their non-discounted package prices, the amount they quoted skyrocketed when it came to cancellation fees. To arrive at that figure, a discount rate of around 65% should be applied to the non-discounted package price. This intrusive system not only fails to inform users but also leaves them at the mercy of Vodafone when it comes to cancellation. It's deceptive and unfair, and customers should be aware of the hidden fees before signing up.
