Customer Service Mishaps Due to Vodafone's Upselling Expensive Plans
I've been a Vodafone customer for many years and have always had a positive experience. However, it appears that being a... long-time user makes no difference. Customer satisfaction has fallen out of favor. My contract for a postpaid line expires next month. Vodafone has been calling me nonstop lately.
