Customer Service Mishaps Due to Vodafone's Upselling Expensive Plans

I've been a Vodafone customer for many years and have always had a positive experience. However, it appears that being a long-time user makes no difference. Customer satisfaction has fallen out of favor. My contract for a postpaid line expires next month. Vodafone has been calling me nonstop lately. They call to offer me exorbitantly priced plans, making me feel as if I have no other choice. It's as if they're enforcing a coercive policy. Do they not have any reasonably priced plans? They want to at least double my bill, which is a significant burden, especially when you are barely making ends meet on minimum wage. I'm seriously considering canceling my Vodafone subscription and switching to another provider. This is uncharacteristic of Vodafone, and I strongly oppose their tactics. They could certainly be more helpful. Thank you very much.
