Vodafone's Fraudulent Conduct and Unfulfilled Promises

My interactions with Vodafone have been nothing short of deceptive. They assured me that activating the 24 tl overage protection feature would result in no additional charges being added to my bill. Despite having this feature enabled, they still charged me for overages. I quickly canceled the feature, expecting the change to take effect the following billing cycle because my billing date is the first of every month. However, I was charged for overages again this month. Why am I being charged separately for overages if they charge for the protection feature? To make matters worse, they imposed an internet overage fee. I'm fed up and have decided to switch providers, despite the possibility of cancellation fees. I sincerely hope I never have to deal with them again. Vodafone's deceptive practices and contradictory billing have forced me to look for alternatives.
