Vodafone Ignoring Lower Tariff Requests, Demanding Higher Rates
I'm in the final phase of my Vodafone campaign, with less than a month to go. The offered campaigns are exorbitantly priced. Every time, they push me to subscribe to a higher-priced plan by insisting on paying elevated rates. I'm not satisfied with this system; instead of a reasonable tariff, they continually pressure me into a higher one. I'm willing to switch to a lower tariff, but those options are not presented in the offers. It feels like we're being forced. I even contacted customer service, but they haven't responded at all. They claim they've noted my request, but there's no follow-up. That's why I'm compelled to write here. I expect an improved customer support experience. Unfortunately, I can't accept these offers in this manner. Sadly, after years of loyalty to Vodafone, I'll have to switch to another provider. I await a response.
