Sony Returned My HT-SD40 Soundbar Without Fixing the Sound and Bluetooth Issues

My Sony HT-SD40 brand model SOUNDBAR has developed unfixable malfunctions. The first issue is that there are intermittent sound bursts. The second malfunction just started: when I stop a song on Bluetooth, it starts again at maximum volume when I play it. The only solution has been to cut the power, wait a bit, and then plug it back in, but two days later, the problem returns. This is not a solution. The massive SONY company returns my device, claiming there is no malfunction, without fixing either of the issues. As a former Sony fan, I will never buy even the smallest thing from SONY again; it's over for me. Don't buy it, don't let anyone else buy it! I'm not done yet; I'll try to fix the second issue from the SONY TV!
