Sony WF-1000XM4 Headphone Malfunction

The Sony WF-1000XM4 headphones I bought two years ago from the Media Markt store malfunctioned at the end of the warranty period, as if by design. Namely, the sound from the left earphone started to come out very little, and it started to make strange sounds like ringing while wearing the headphones. I informed the Sony authorized service, Filiz Elektronik (Ankara), about the problem. The authorized service told me that the problem could be solved with a new update, and if the problem was not solved with the update, there was nothing else that could be done, and that such malfunctions could not be repaired. After reading similar complaints on this platform, I realized that such chronic problems with Sony headphones are quite common, and Sony Eurasia Marketing does not stand behind its products or stand by its customers. I hope those who are thinking of buying Sony headphones will read the complaints here and think again.

"It is difficult to communicate with Syrian customer representatives. I even argued with the male representative because he responded to me disrespectfully... I appreciated the lady who called me from Sony's General Directorate. I commend her for explaining her manner, approach, and solution suggestions properly and for promptly addressing the issue. Additionally, I am also grateful to your authorized service in SİİRT, İsmet ELEKTRONİK, for their interest and approach🙏... Sony should be in Turkey... We deserve this.
