I Can’t Use Q-Symphony on My Samsung HW-Q800D Soundbar After Just 8 Months

I purchased the Samsung HW-Q800D soundbar about 8 months ago along with a compatible Samsung TV. One of the main reasons I chose this model was to enjoy the Q-Symphony feature, which allows the TV and soundbar speakers to work together for an enhanced audio experience. However, for the past two months, this key feature has completely stopped working.
I contacted Samsung customer service twice, explained the issue in full detail, and was told that a technical team would reach out to me. But to this day, I haven’t received a single call. I followed up again and got the same generic promise that someone would contact me—yet nothing happened. This lack of response is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a brand of Samsung's reputation.
Before this, I used a TV and audio system from S for 12 years without a single issue. If they hadn’t pulled out of the Turkish market, I would’ve gladly stuck with them. I only switched to Samsung out of necessity, and now I regret it. Their customer support is unresponsive, and their after-sales service is seriously lacking.
Samsung needs to fix the Q-Symphony issue immediately or offer a proper solution. I paid a premium for this feature, and I expect it to work—or at the very least, receive proper support when it doesn’t.
