Sony A6400 Card Slot Issue: Poor Service Experience & Denied Warranty

I purchased a Sony A6400 camera, and within six months, the card slot developed a fault. After sending it to the service center, I received a call three weeks later stating that it was a user error and was asked for an exorbitant fee. When I asked what kind of misuse could have occurred, they said I might have inserted the card incorrectly. After explaining that this was not possible, they said they would email me and gave me Sony Turkey's number. When I called Sony Turkey, they told me to speak directly with the service center. The service center told me that I might have inserted the card incorrectly or forced it while inserting or removing it, none of which happened. They then said they would send the product back and that it was no longer under warranty. Throughout this process, neither Sony nor the service center provided any assistance, and now I am told that my product is no longer covered by warranty. I will never purchase a Sony camera again. The service process was extremely poor. As soon as I receive my product back, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights.
