I purchased a Sony PlayStation product, and unfortunately, the controller joysticks developed a malfunction. When I tried to reach an authorized service center in Balıkesir, I discovered that the service location had permanently closed.
Due to this, I called Sony customer service, where I was kept waiting on hold for 25 minutes without getting any helpful response. Even when I finally reached someone, the only solution they offered was to ship my product to Ankara for repair—at my own expense, despite the product still being under warranty.
It is incredibly frustrating to face such difficulties when trying to access warranty service. I expected Sony to provide professional and accessible support, not make the process even more costly and complicated for the customer.
This situation has caused significant financial inconvenience and emotional frustration. I purchased this product expecting reliability, but what I’m experiencing is far from it.
I explicitly request a free repair or replacement of my defective PlayStation controller and demand that Sony cover the shipping costs for this warranty process.
