Sodexo's Failure to Update Details Causing Payment Issues

As bakery owners, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with Sodexo for approximately one year. As a result of a modification in our company's name, we have forwarded all of our official documents to Sodexo in order to request an update for our name and IBAN. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts over the past three weeks, the issue still persists. We have made numerous attempts to reach out to them, both by phone and email, but unfortunately, we have not seen any progress or received any response. The bank is returning all deposited amounts because of incorrect company names. They are unwilling to provide a phone number for direct contact with a responsible individual, insisting on communicating solely through email. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I've reached my limit with this situation and I'm ready to end the agreement.
