Even After 9 Months, I Still Cannot Get My Restaurant Registered with Sodexo

I’ve been trying to register my restaurant with Sodexo for about 9 months now, but I still haven’t been able to complete the membership. I’ve called at least 15 times, and each time they say something different is missing. I send the required documents repeatedly—sometimes the same document three times—but it never gets resolved.

The last time I called on August 19, they told me what to do, and I sent an email as instructed. In response, I received an email (attached below) asking for documents from scratch once again. It feels like applying for a U.S. visa would be easier at this point! This process has been incredibly frustrating, and I need help to finally get my restaurant registered.
