Sodexo Member Application Issues – Confusion Over Email Instructions and Missing Information

I applied to become a member business with Sodexo and sent the required documents to the email address provided in the initial instructions (m*****************@sodexo.com) on 05.08.2024. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told to send my documents to a different email (m*******************@pluxeegroup.com). This raises a question: why was I given an initial email address if I'm now supposed to send my documents elsewhere? Additionally, the representative mentioned missing documents that were never communicated to me, including a request to fill out my bank information on the form—how do they know it's incomplete? I've been waiting for a month, intending to print a thousand brochures. If this continues, I'll have to print them with other meal voucher companies' logos because I can't wait any longer for yours. Please clarify this situation and expedite the process. Thank you!
