Unable to See Full Viewer List on Snapchat Stories Despite Public Setting and Subscription

My Snapchat Stories are set to public, but I’m unable to see the full list of viewers. Instead, it only shows general numbers like +5, +10, etc., without providing specific profiles. I also purchased a subscription, but I haven’t noticed any improvements or additional features, which is disappointing.

Snapchat, please address this issue so I can see exactly who has viewed my Stories as expected. This limitation is frustrating, especially with an active subscription.
