Snapchat Shows Black Screen When I Open Snaps—I Can’t View Important Memories

I’m here to report a problem I’ve been facing with Snapchat. When someone sends me photos or videos, I try to open them, but nothing shows up—just a black screen. I don’t know why this is happening, and it’s incredibly frustrating because some of those Snaps were special memories I wanted to save.

The Snap is still there, but I can’t view it. It feels like the app has glitched or corrupted the file, and now I’ve lost access to something important. I need to be able to open what was sent to me—it’s part of what makes Snapchat valuable to its users.

Snapchat, please fix this issue and restore my ability to view these Snaps. I don’t want to permanently lose these moments. Thank you for your attention, and I hope for a fast resolution.
