Snapchat Deleted Some of My Memories and Won’t Help Me Recover Them
I’m extremely frustrated with Snapchat right now. Some of the Memories I recorded earlier today have disappeared, while others from the same day are still available. There was a warning message that popped up (as shown in the screenshot), but nothing was resolved despite that.
These Memories were important to me, and now they’re completely gone without any explanation. When I tried to get help, Snapchat offered no support at all—not even a proper recovery option or a reason for what happened. This feels like a huge failure on their part.
Snapchat, I’m demanding that you recover my lost Memories and fix whatever glitch caused this. Your users trust your app to save their moments—not randomly erase them. Take responsibility and provide real support.
