Snapchat Deleted My Birthday Video—Not in Memories or Sent Snaps Anymore
I recorded a special birthday video and sent it to my friend so they could save it too—just in case it disappeared from my Memories. Snapchat had been crashing on me a lot, and I didn’t want to risk losing it. But now, when I check, the video is nowhere to be found.
It’s not in my Snapchat Memories, and it never reached my friend either, even though the app showed "Sending..." when I shared it. It said it was uploading, but apparently it never went through, and now it’s completely gone. This was an important and personal video, and I’m extremely upset that I can’t recover it.
Snapchat, I need this video recovered urgently. Your platform failed to save it and failed to deliver it—this is unacceptable for a feature people rely on to preserve memories. Please investigate and retrieve my missing Snap.
