Smok Nord 5 Leaking and Gurgling Issue – Coil Replacement Didn’t Fix It

I recently purchased a Smok Nord 5 from a local store, but I’m experiencing constant leaking and gurgling issues. I initially thought the problem was with the coil, so I replaced it, but the issue persists.

I use a 80VG/20PG e-liquid, so I don’t think the liquid is too thin for the device. However, despite careful usage, the leaking continues, and the gurgling sound makes it difficult to use properly.

This is unacceptable for a brand-new device. I need a proper solution or replacement for this faulty unit. Smok should stand behind their product and address this issue for affected users. How can this be resolved?
