I have been using electronic cigarettes for over six years and have plenty of experience with them. My spouse purchased a Vaporesso Gen S (GTX Coil Version) from Buhar Keyif, and when I opened the sealed package and used it for the first time, I immediately got an "Overheating" warning.
Trying to reach customer support was a nightmare, and when I finally got through, instead of offering a solution, they just gave me generic usage instructions—as if I didn’t already know how to use the device. I have even owned the same model before, so I am fully aware of how it should work.
To make matters worse, despite including a warranty certificate in the package, the company later admitted that the product is not actually covered under any warranty. They refused a replacement, refused any warranty service, and refused to issue a refund.
This is unacceptable. As a retiree, I spent half of my pension on this device, and now I am left with a defective product and no support. I demand that Buhar Keyif and Vaporesso take responsibility and provide a replacement or refund. Customers should not be misled with false warranty claims!
