Vaporesso GTX GO 80 Arrived Defective – Leaks, Overheats, and Burns

November 3, 2023 7:45 PM41

I purchased the Vaporesso GTX GO 80 based on a recommendation and was excited to try it. However, the product arrived without a sealed box, wrapped only in bubble wrap, which immediately raised concerns. I had been checking the stock daily and ordered it as soon as it became available. When the recommended user set it up, we immediately encountered major issues.

Overheating & Safety Concerns: The device gets extremely hot, to the point where we feared it might explode.

Severe Leaking & Burning Issues: The liquid leaks excessively, and when inhaling, hot e-liquid enters the mouth, causing burns on the lips. Additionally, when the liquid spilled onto our hands, it caused burns from the heat.

📞 Customer Support Unresponsive: I immediately contacted customer support within 20 minutes of setting up the device. Despite messaging them throughout the day, I received no response. If they had responded in time, I could have returned it the same day. Now, with the weekend approaching, I am left waiting, unable to get assistance.

Potentially Used or Returned Product: The lack of original plastic sealing makes me suspect this may be a returned or defective unit sent as new. Even the person who recommended this model confirmed that my device is faulty.

I purchased this to quit smoking, and this experience has completely ruined my enthusiasm. I demand an immediate replacement with a properly sealed, working unit or a full refund. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
