Smok Nord 5 Cartridge Cracked and Leaking After 15 Days – No Support


I purchased the Smok Nord 5, and after just 15 days of use, the cartridge cracked on its own and started leaking an excessive amount of liquid. When I contacted customer support via email, their only response was to buy a new one, without offering any real solution.
I have been using my device properly, and my e-liquid is perfectly fine, so this is clearly a manufacturing defect. I also discovered that many other users have experienced the same issue, meaning this is a common flaw in the product.
I am requesting a replacement cartridge for all affected customers. Smok, stand behind your product and resolve this issue!
