Skycop Delays Lot Polish Airlines LO774 Compensation for 9 Months
On February 3, 2025, I submitted a compensation claim through Skycop for my Lot Polish Airlines flight LO774. My claim reference number is Claim #b5a9e162. During the application process, I provided all requested documents in full, including my ID, passport, e-ticket, and electronic signature.
Despite nine months having passed, I have not received any update regarding my claim. When I created a support request, I was only told that I needed to wait, with no additional information provided. The excessive delay and lack of clear communication have left me frustrated.
